Pinnacle CU is currently undergoing the system conversion to transition member accounts to Peach State FCU.

Important Details

  • All systems will be inaccessible until the conversion is complete on Sunday, November 2nd.

  • The Ben Mays, Glenwood, and Putman branches are now closed until Monday, November 3rd.

  • You may continue to use your Pinnacle Mastercard Debit Card until Sunday, November 2nd.

  • During conversion weekend, there may be times when your Pinnacle Mastercard Debit Card transactions cannot be processed due to temporary limits or connectivity.

Reminders for November 2nd AFTER 2 p.m.

  1. Call 866.762.0558 to activate your new Peach State debit card. You must call from your primary number on file with the credit union.

  2. Sign up for MemberLine (Peach State’s telephone banking system).

  3. Register for online banking and eStatements.

  4. Start using your new Peach State FCU member number.

  5. If you need any assistance, call 855.889.4328 to speak to a Member Service Advisor.
